<p>You probably know someone that works out a few days a week.  Do you notice that their body shape is still the same?  That&#8217;s because their workout routine is &#8211; <em>well</em> &#8211; routine.  Just because they may workout all the time, doesn&#8217;t mean their workout is a good one.</p>
