Effective workout routines are the keys to your fitness success.  Great workouts are challenging, scaled and individualized to your fitness goals.  Every person is different so exercises should be varied as well. 

You probably know someone that works out a few days a week.  Do you notice that their body shape is still the same?  That’s because their workout routine is – well – routine.  Just because they may workout all the time, doesn’t mean their workout is a good one.
